Director
Michael brings over 25 years of engineering and project management experience across heavy industry, mining, and building services. As Principal Engineer and Director of MCR, he’s led the design and delivery of electrical, automation, control, and communication systems – often managing multidisciplinary teams across all phases of delivery.
From early-phase studies to detailed design, installation, and commissioning, Michael’s hands-on leadership and technical insight have been key to MCR’s reputation for reliability and results.
Hansa Prasad
Electrical Engineer
Hansa is an Electrical Engineer with experience in building services design and delivery, specialising in power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. He has contributed to high-profile developments, including airport systems and high-rise buildings, with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and efficiency.
He is skilled in design and drafting and has led the preparation of detailed engineering documentation and design drawings. His hands-on experience with low-voltage power, lighting design, and fire detection systems has contributed to the successful delivery of projects through all phases from concept to commissioning.
